PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
STUDENTS: I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
“B” Day – June 21, 2010
There will be NO eating or drinking on the school buses. This would include Snapple, pizza, soda and especially lollipops.
Students: PLEASE TELL YOUR PARENTS THEY MUST DROP YOU OFF BY THE ACCESS ROAD. THEY MAY NOT STOP IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING.
STUDENTS ARE REMINDED TO WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING TO SCHOOL SINCE ALL STUDENTS GO OUT AT RECESS TIME. YOU MUST HAVE A COAT ON TO GO OUT FOR RECESS.
IF A STUDENT’S CLOTHES ARE DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE BY BUILDING ADMINISTRATION, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO IMMEDIATELY CHANGE INTO SCHOOL-APPROPRIATE CLOTHING, AND YOUR PARENTS MAY BE CALLED. PLEASE DRESS APPROPRIATELY. THANK YOU.
All students should be prepared to go outdoor for recess everyday. There is no indoor recess unless there is a PA announcement. Again, all students are to go out at recess time.
AFTER SCHOOL SPORTING ACTIVITIES: Middle School students may not stay after school to watch sporting events unless your parents are with you. You must go home on the bus and come back with adult supervision.
MEMORY BOOKS: There are only a few Memory books left. No checks will be accepted. Only cash.
ATTENTION 8TH GRADE TEACHERS: All 8th grade homeroom teachers—please take attendance and report any absentees to guidance immediately. Thank you.
LOCKER CLEAN OUT –GRADE 7: Today (Monday) is locker clean-out for 7th graders. Please report to the 7th grade wing at the beginning of recess. You may proceed out to recess after your lockers have been cleaned out. 7th grade recess supervisors should also report to the 7th grade wing.
YEARBOOKS: No checks will be accepted. YEARBOOKS must be paid by cash.
Attention 5/6 chorus/band students—today (Monday) is the picnic. At 10:30 go outside, check your name off and get on a bus. Do not eat lunch before the picnic. Remember you must be picked up by 4:00 at the Ronduot Valley Camp Ground.
ART WORK: 8TH GRADE STUDENTS NEED TO PICK UP THEIR ARTWORK BY THE END OF PERIOD 1 TODAY SINCE ALL ART WORK WILL BE EMPTIED DISPOSED OF. Hannah Munson, Molly Doherty and Emma Spiegler need to pick up their artwork on the table in art room #1. Mrs. Obrig
LUNCH: You are no longer able to charge for lunch. Students are reminded that they must pay their accounts off by this Friday.
FRONT OF BUILDING: STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE TREE NOW TREELESS AREA IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. YOU MUST STAY ON THE BLACKTOP AREA.
LIBRARY BOOKS: All library books are due in by TODAY. Return any overdue library books today.
ATTENTION ALL 8TH GRADERS: Remember that if you owe library books, lunch money, textbooks, etc. you will not be able to participate in commencement. Remember you must be passing in order to participate in commencement.
WEIGHT ROOM: Students may not use the weight room (auxiliary gym) with anyone other than a certified physical education teacher or coach.
REMINDER TO STUDENTS: Students who are dropped off by their parents are not to go to their classroom before students get off the buses. Students who are dropped off early by their parents are to wait in the stairwells until 7:30. You may not wander the hallways or go to your classrooms before 7:30.
The lost and found is overflowing with coats, books, lunch boxes, etc. Also, if you are missing eye glasses, jewelry, or anything of value please check the attendance and main offices.
CHEWING GUM: Chewing gum is not allowed in the Middle School.

Students are reminded that they need to use the phones before 3 p.m. since the offices close at 3:30.
STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE HIGH SCHOOL AT ANY TIME. IF YOU ARE FOUND IN THE HIGH SCHOOL YOU WILL BE CHARGED WITH TRESPASSING.
You may only be in the High School if you are with a coach, parent, or teacher.
Students who come in before the buses are to wait in the stairwells and may not go to their classrooms until the buses unload.
Tackle football is not allowed during recess. Footballs will be taken away if they are brought to school and brought outside.
All teachers that have their door windows blocked with paper must remove it. Thank you.
There are 8 foot white tables on the stage in the lecture hall. No one is allowed to take any of those tables. They are being used for special regents. Again, please do not remove any of those tables. Thank you.
Students—Remember no middle school students are permitted in the High School or around the grounds of the High School unless you are participating in a sport. You may not stay and watch other teams playing after your games or practices.
Students are reminded that they may not stay after school for any activities unless they have adult supervision. You may not go over to the High School unless you are with a parent or coach. Students are not permitted to carry water bottles unto the buses.
Students: Just a reminder that coats, hats, backpacks, and bags are not permitted in the classrooms.
Electronics are not allowed in school. First time seen you must put it away. If seen a second time it will be confiscated and a parent will need to come and pick it up.
If you lost any jewelry or eye glasses see the Main Office or the Attendance Office. Thank you.
